Information we handle
- Account data: email address, account identifier, authentication status, and related account records.
- Reference images and stencils: images you upload for generation and the stencil images returned to you.
- Saved projects: project name, original reference, generated stencil, selected preset, adjustment values, and Fidelity Lock setting when you choose Save Project.
- Generation records: job status, preset, success or failure category, model, timing, token and image-usage metadata, and whether a Structure Map was included. These records do not intentionally contain the uploaded image or full prompt.
- Credits and payments: credit balance and ledger entries; package, amount, currency, and payment-provider identifiers for completed purchases. STENLYX does not receive or store your full payment-card number through its application.
- Session information: browser storage and authentication-session information used to keep you signed in according to your selection.
AI image processing
When you press Generate Stencil, STENLYX sends your uploaded reference image through its server to Google’s Gemini API. Clean Stencil can also send a browser-generated Structure Map derived from the same reference in that request. Google processes this information to return a stencil image.
This draft does not yet state Google’s applicable retention or model-training treatment. That depends on the terms and account configuration used by STENLYX and must be confirmed before this policy becomes effective.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, generate stencils, maintain credit balances, process and reconcile purchases, save projects at your request, prevent duplicate charging or fulfillment, diagnose failures, support customers, and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
Service providers
STENLYX uses Lovable Cloud for account, application, database, and private project-storage services; Google Gemini for AI image generation; and Stripe for hosted checkout and payment confirmation. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
An unsaved upload is transmitted for the generation request but is not intentionally added to saved-project storage by STENLYX. When you choose Save Project, the original reference and generated stencil are stored privately for your account until you delete that project. Project deletion removes the project record and its two stored image files.
Account/profile records, credit history, generation job and usage metadata, and payment records currently have no automatic expiration and no self-service account-deletion control. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can delete individual saved projects from your dashboard. For account, privacy, or deletion assistance, contact support@stenlyx.com. A request does not require deletion of records that STENLYX must lawfully retain.
Security and age
STENLYX uses authenticated access controls and private storage for saved projects. No online service can guarantee absolute security. STENLYX is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
